There are times when we have several brands on our waiting list. Other times, when we can onboard and launch a campaign in as little as a couple of days. This depends on seasonality, demand, and many other factors. But we are always ready.
We look at onboarding as a time for us to learn about you, your brand, and your customers. It is a time for us to come up with a strategy.
While we are fairly flexible about when we take over accounts, we do prefer to have at a minimum 1-2 weeks of onboarding time. This gives us time to ensure we have access to everything we need and have a solid plan in place before launching.
